butchering workshop coming

There are still spaces left in the Healing Land workshop coming up in three weeks. Here's the homesteader's chance to get some real experience in farmstead butchery with Luke Dougherty and Brian Burke. Dispatch to cut and wrap, this workshop will complete the butchery of both a hog and a sheep. In these times, it's absolutely necessary for the homesteader to be able to process his own animals -- come out to the Healing Land and join us for a weekend of farm skills and homestead community.
