The Backyard Food Garden initiative is offering a canning workshop this Saturday at 10:00 in the old Methodist Church basement at 301 N. 5th St. in Steubenville. We'll be demonstrating canning with a pressure canner and boiling water bath, and we'll discuss oven canning. Bring all your interest, questions, and experience to share. See you there!
