winter cheese workshops -- coming up!
Two cheese workshops are coming up in January, and there are still some spaces available -- sign up now to join us for a full day of milk, milk ferments, and homestead milk management!We'll be working with many gallons of milk, exploring fresh and aged cheese making, quick ferments, and dairy products for farm use. Join us on January 16th or 25th for a full day of dairy -- milk to feed the whole farm -- chickens, pigs, and even the garden get their best nutrition from dairy by-products.We're looking forward to seeing you!
