Anna and Ashley digging some of our 3,000 lb of potatoes.  Sufficient water seems to be the deciding factor for how many pounds of potatoes we harvest.  We also fertigate with jeevamrutha (which Shawn characteristically calls 'pooh-brew'), and with captured rainwater and Redmond salt.
