We’ve just spent six days with Josh and Carlee and the film crew from the School of Traditional Skills. A big ‘thank you’ to all of them for their work and patience as they filmed two teaching videos with us, one on ‘keeping the family milk cow’ and one on handling raw milk in the home kitchen. We think the STS format will prove to be a good vehicle for teaching skills that do not generally translate well in video, and we hope they’ll be helpful to folks who want to build their own independent farmstead.
